Senior UX designer and strategist, with more than twenty years of international practice. Today using AI to dig deeper into problems and iterate faster.
Usually something is already there: an idea or a feature that won over the meeting, or a legacy system everyone has gotten used to. The right questions come first, until there is shared clarity on which direction holds up, which tools fit, and which feature might not need AI after all. What follows are clear concepts and prototypes that can be clicked, tested, and shown in a pitch.
Clients are enterprise teams in telco, public-sector digital identity, healthcare, mobility, and real estate, as well as startups and design agencies.
AI is a core part of how I work, and in 2026 I deepened that with an intensive programme in AI, data, and coding at ARD.ZDF medienakademie. It changes how things get done. These tools mean faster iteration, more thorough prototypes, and sharper analysis of research findings. It is less about speed itself than about the time that frees up to ask the better questions.
Accessibility runs through everything, from WCAG-compliant enterprise applications to BITV 2.0 conformant products in public-sector digital identity.
