What happens after the first message

I usually reply within one working day and suggest a time for an intro call. It takes 30 minutes, runs via video call, and is free.

The call is about the starting point: what already exists, where things get stuck, and by when something needs to be ready. Afterwards I know whether an audit, a prototype, research, or a combination makes sense, and I send a proposal with scope, process, and price. Sometimes it turns out I am not the right person, and then I say so.

Who I work with

My clients are enterprise teams in telecommunications, the public sector, healthcare, mobility, and real estate, as well as startups and design agencies. Collaboration is remote, with on-site sessions for workshops and kick-offs, in German or English. Startups and product teams hire me directly, and for enterprise clients an engagement via temporary staffing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) is also possible.

I have capacity for temporary staffing or larger projects from February 2027.

What helps in the first message

  • what it is about, in two or three sentences
  • whether something already exists, such as a product, a prototype, or a concept
  • by when something needs to be ready

A link or a screenshot often says more than a long description.
